在电厂的燃煤(mei)(mei)(mei)锅炉系统中(zhong)(zhong),煤(mei)(mei)(mei)灰(hui)的排放可(ke)分为干(gan)排和湿(shi)排两种。目前,在水(shui)泥(ni)工业发(fa)达地区,干(gan)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)灰(hui)作为水(shui)泥(ni)生产的混(hun)合材,行(xing)情较好,已呈(cheng)供不应求(qiu)之势;湿(shi)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)灰(hui)各项物(wu)化性(xing)能(neng)(neng)与(yu)干(gan)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)灰(hui)基本(ben)一样,只是由于水(shui)份大(可(ke)达45%),不能(neng)(neng)满(man)足水(shui)泥(ni)生产的要(yao)求(qiu),不受市场的青睐,只能(neng)(neng)堆放于湿(shi)灰(hui)灰(hui)库中(zhong)(zhong),愈(yu)积愈(yu)多(duo),严重污染环境(jing)。而煤(mei)(mei)(mei)灰(hui)烘干(gan)机可(ke)以将湿(shi)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)灰(hui)以合理的能(neng)(neng)耗、简洁(jie)的工艺进行(xing)烘干(gan),使其水(shui)份低(di)于5%,变废(fei)为宝,实现社会效益与(yu)经济效益的双丰收(shou)。

7、比其他烘干机(ji)减(jian)少占(zhan)地面积50%左右,土建投资降(jiang)低50%左右,电耗降(jiang)低于60%。
